Abama Golf & Spa Resort is one of several golf courses in the South of Tenerife and also one of the newest as it was completed in 2005. As it is built on a cliff-top in Guia de Isora, it enjoys amazing ocean views. There is a beautiful un-spoilt beach at the bottom of the cliff, with a beach club serving freshly prepared food and cocktails. The golf course itself is an 18 hole Par 72 course which is 6.271 metres long with 22 lake, white sand bunkers, 25,000 palm trees and waterfalls. The golf price includes buggies with GPS and fresh fruit and water is offered around the course. There are also seven tennis courts and guests can also book lessons. Children are also well catered for. There is a Childrens’ Club, which arranges activities including table tennis tournaments, jewellery making and talent shows.
