Three Bed cottage

Manstree Cottage is a beautiful detached three bedroom cottage with a thatched roof. It is located between Exminster and the pretty estuary town of Topsham. It was built 300 years ago and is part of the owner's 25 acre organic conversion smallholding. Although in a rural setting there are shops and a good pub within half a mile away.

The cottage has a pretty lawned garden, with a small patio with garden furniture. There is also a barbeque for guests to use and parking for up to 2 cars.

Inside the house there is a spacious lounge with comfortable sofas and a woodburning stove. The farmhouse-style kitchen is well equipped including a washing machine and dishwasher and there is also a dining room. There are two double bedrooms and one single room, so the cottage can sleep up to 5 people.

Pets are allowed in this cottage. The owners' preferred changeover day is Friday.
