Two Bed apartment on Ground Floor with sea view These apartments command an extremely enviable position, as they are perfectly situated just on the ocean front at the eastern end of Playa de las Americas, and have the choice of two small beaches directly in front of the complex. Within a 10 minute walk you can reach the 2 main resort beaches, which offer a host of water sports. There are many shops, bars, restaurants and nightlife within the surrounding area, which the seafront promenade provides easy access to. |

Parque Santiago is stylishly designed and the apartments are set in attractive gardens of palm trees and tropical flowers. The swimming pools are located amidst these pretty gardens, surrounded by spacious sunbathing areas. One of the pools is a large seawater, filtered pool, which is heated in the winter. A firm favourite. Great value for the cost conscious, carefree holidaymaker looking for accommodation in the heart of the action. Car hire is not necessary at this property. |
