Four Bed villa with sea view
This beautiful 5 star villa is on the seafront with spectacular ocean views of the islands of Lanzarote and Los Lobos. Two steps down from the pool area and you are on Galera beach, walk to the right along a lovely coastal walk to the famous dunes or stroll to the quaint harbour and relax in one of the little restaurants. You don't need a car - it is all on the doorstep. The villa itself is brand new on two levels and is finished to a very high standard. With only a five minute walk to the centre of Corralejo, Villa Giulia is ideally situated for all to enjoy.
The nearest golf course is 10 minutes drive and the nearest airport is a 30 minute drive away.

The villa is situated in a very sought after location with good restaurants and shops within walking distance (all on the flat). The harbour has a variety of excellent excursions, fishing, submarine and catamaran sailing.
Kite surfing and wind surfing schools are on hand. Or why not just relax and unwind, walk the beaches and eat out in the lovely little fish restaurants on the beach. Lovely outdoor facilities including stepping down onto the beach. Swim in the private heated pool, while looking at the spectacular sea views. Fully equipped sun loungers, parasols, tables, chairs, BBQ. Bedrooms: master bedroom with king size double bed, vaulted ceiling, wooden floors, fan and safe. Bedroom 2 with king size double bed and bedrooms 3 and 4 with twin beds and ceiling fans. There is also a cot available. Bathrooms: Master bedroom with ensuite. Bathroom 2 has a shower, wc and bidet. Bathroom 3 has a bath, shower, wc and bidet. Kitchen: Cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, coffee pot, dishwasher. Utility Room: Washing machine, iron and ironing board Living rooms: Beautiful cream leather corner sofa, 32" flat screen TV (with some English channels), DVD player, stereo Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: Full maid service weekly. The master bedroom has been adapted for wheelchair access with a wheel in shower with seat and grap rails in the ensuite. Access to pool at rear via ramp. Wednesday is the normal changeover day, however, it is flexible depending on availability. Villa Giulia will usually be available from 2pm on arrival and will need to be vacated by 10am on day of departure. As the villa is in a residential community noise levels should be kept to a minimum especially after 11pm as the next door neighbours reside there all year round and have to work! Because of this, we regret that we can only let the villa to family parties.
