This beautiful villa has been decorated using light, modern furnishings and is bright and spacious throughout. The open plan living and dining room has been stylishly furnished with leather sofas and double patio doors that lead out to the large terrace. There is a well equipped kitchen with separate utility room. The villa has four attractive bedrooms, all with fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has a double bed, en-suite bathroom and patio doors that lead out to the terrace. The remaining three bedrooms have twin beds, one with an en-suite bathroom and the remaining two share a full family bathroom.

Exterior

Patio doors from the living room lead to the partially covered terrace which provides welcome shade from the sun. Outdoor dining furniture allows guests the opportunity to enjoy alfresco dining in the shade or on the open terrace which surrounds the 8m x 4m private swimming pool. This is accessed by integral steps and has a poolside shower. Villa Midori also has the added advantage of off road parking.

Amenities

The villa is conveniently located a few minutes drive outside of the centre of the resort. The nearest supermarket is a ten minute walk or a two minute drive. There is a good selection of restaurants and bars within a five minute drive, as well as the beautiful, golden, Playa Flamingo beach. The recently opened, sophisticated Puerto Rubicon Marina is a ten minute drive from the villa and is the location of many exclusive boutiques, bars and restaurants. Several excursions, including a catamaran trip, depart from the Marina. The pretty harbour of Playa Blanca is also the departure point for many excursions including trips to the neighbouring islands of Fuerteventura and Los Lobos. A water taxi is also available to take people to Papagayo beaches. In recent years Playa Blanca has grown from a traditional Canarian fishing village into a fashionable tourist resort and has retained a great deal of its original character. A pretty promenade runs along the seafront and is lined with bars, restaurants and shops. The amazing Papagayo beaches are only a 15 minute drive away and are famous throughout Spain for their unspoilt location, golden sands and aquamarine, clear waters. The unspoilt Canarian villages of Las Brenas, El Golfo and Femes are only a short drive away, as is the volcanic national park of Timanfaya.
