This beautiful villa is located on the Vista Lobos development in Playa Blanca and is just a 10-minute walk from Playa Flamingo. It enjoys wonderful sea views from the barbeque area, however, the selling point of this villa is the children's play area, which not many villas have.

The villa has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It is close to shops, bars and restaurants. This two story villa comes with a fully equipped kitchen, offers a large main living area lounge with a pool table and table hockey, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Wii, Sky TV and a 46” 3D TV. The villa is also conveniently air-conditioned throughout and WiFi is readily available through the villa. Outside you will find your own private hot tub and an inviting swimming pool which is electrically heated (November to April inclusive). The villa comes complete with a large terrace and brick BBQ for lazy days eating in the Canarian sunshine, with both sea and mountain views from the terrace.
