Four Bed villa

This superb, single storey, spacious, detached villa is light and airy throughout and has been furnished to a high standard with many extra features to make your holiday memorable. It has an attractive, stylishly decorated living room with leather furnishings including a recliner, an LCD TV and a Play Station 2 console for younger guests. There is a stylish dining area and patio doors to the terrace and swimming pool. There is a separate and very well equipped, modern kitchen. Villa Marigold has four bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom. There are three bedrooms with twin beds and a large family bathroom with a separate, glassed area with the toilet and bidet. All the bedrooms in the villa have fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans, the owners have also provided bed guards for small children. Air-conditioning and heating is available in three bedrooms and the living room and can be arranged locally at an extra cost. This villa can accommodate eight people in the existing bedrooms and two children can be accommodated on fold-away beds.

Patio doors from the living and dining room lead to the sunbathing terrace overlooking the beautiful 11 x 5 metre swimming pool which is entered by roman steps and has an attached children’s pool. Both of the swimming pools are electrically heated. A luxurious five seater Jacuzzi Spa is situated on the sun terrace and a comfortable, patio dining area and barbecue complete the perfect setting for al fresco dining during a memorable holiday in the sun. There is a large roof terrace with superb views over the golf course and distant views to the sea and harbour. It is equipped with patio furniture including a love seat with an overhead parasol. The sunbathing terrace and pool are totally private as they are surrounded by tall fences and all sides.

Located on the prestigious Fuerteventura golf development, the facilities of two exclusive five star hotels are on your doorstep. The Hotel Elba is a five minute walk, is situated on the 18 hole championship golf course and has an excellent restaurant and a bar with views over the course. The popular resort of Caleta de Fuste is a five minute drive away or a fifteen minute walk. There guests can enjoy a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants. It has a large, shallow beach, perfect for children and a picturesque marina with a selection of excellent water excursions and wind surfing schools and hire. It is a twelve minute walk to the beautiful five-star Sheraton Hotel where there is a pool bar serving lunches and drinks overlooking the sea. A large shopping centre is approximately a 10 minute walk from the villa and offers a selection of cafes, bars, shops, restaurants, a large supermarket and a multi-lingual cinema. It is a ten minute walk to the nearest beach. The villa is a 15 minute transfer from the airport by car or taxi.
