Three Bed villa

Villa Lilac is located in the popular location of Montana Roja, sector 25. It is within easy reach of a wide variety of shops, restaurants and bars (approximately 10 minutes walk). The majority of these shops and restaurants are situated along a fabulous beach called Flamingo. Ideal for children, as there are attractive lava rock sea walls, creating almost a lagoon - meaning tides and currents are minimal. Along the seaside promenade is a beautiful walk into the old harbour, main village and finally to the stunning new marina Rubicon. The whole walk takes about 45 - 50 minutes, but if you wish to go into the old harbour or village centre, this can be done in about 20 minutes.

The pool is solar heated all year, and during the summer months, this will be sufficient for swimming in the pool and is included in the prices shown. However during what can be the cooler months. November to end March, we would recommend the electric heating system is switched on, to guarantee 27/28C at all times, which costs an extra £90.00 a week.

Each bedroom is fitted with an individual Air-conditioning unit that also acts as a Dehumidifier, Heater,or Air Purifier/Filter for perfect sleeping conditions irrespective of the weather. They work on a meter system and are available to all guests.

A PlayStation 2 is also available for hire at 30 euros per week (subject to availability). However you must bring your own games and memory cards.
