The terrace area is staggered from neighbouring terraces and therefore offers privacy. There is a table with 3 chairs, 1 stone bench. There are views of Tenerife from the terrace.

Kitchen
The well equipped modern kitchen comprises of a 4 ring ceramic hob, oven and grill, tall fridge/Freezer, iron, microwave, washing machine. There are plenty of pots and pans, ample crockery and cutlery and of course, glasses and essentials, breakfast bar.
Lounge
with satellite TV including English channels, large sofa that turns into a double bed, another sofa chair that also turns into a bed.
Security Bond
A security bond of £50 is required, which will be refunded back to clients after the holiday, providing there are no damages in the apartment.
