We were recommended to book through Karen Durant from Holidays4U via TripAdvisor. We were not disappointed with either the service she provided or the apartment we booked. From the start she was always prompt in answering our emails (even the ones sent late at night!) and the key information was sent through in good time before the holiday. That is always re-assuring when booking a holiday. We prefer to book with a person rather than clicking a button on a website. Now to the apartment. We booked a one bedroom apartment on Los Geranios. It was very well equipped and even had a dishwasher, as well as a washing machine.  I believe that every owner ought to invest in a dishwasher. We get used to such a convenience at home. It is a bit of a rude shock on holiday without one. It is advisable to book at least a year in advance if you are going at busy times. The weather was great for our stay – we spent much of the time on the balcony enjoying the sun. The pool is heated, which was a bonus, as it meant our 8 year old daughter could enjoy it. She absolutely loved it as it was a place to meet up with friends discovered during the holiday. There is also a pool bar which is excellent, serving delicious snacks and drinks. It’s a bit of  a rush at 9am to get a sun bed by the pool, which is why we sometimes ended up on the balcony.  I for one prefer to have a lie in when on holiday!
