Reviews Parque Santiago I and II

This is the 3rd time that we have stayed on Parque Santiago II. Each time we booked with Karen Durant from Holidays 4U. No doubt it is obvious that we were very pleased with both the service provided and the apartments we rented. The complex is in a fantastic location as there are restaurants and bars close by, not to mention it is situated right on the sea front. There is a sea front promenade where you can walk in either direction, either towards Costa Adeje or Los Cristianos. This time we were in an apartment on the 2nd floor with amazing sea views. There was also a lift, which was quite useful. The apartment was spotlessly clean and it was obvious the apartment was used a lot by the owner as there were extra provided that you wouldn’t necessarily expect from a normal holiday let, such as a coffee maker, sandwich maker, wifi internet access inside the apartment, air conditioning etc. We did have a couple of problems, the kettle in the apartment was leaking. But a quick call to the local team was all that was required as it was replaced the next day. One of the patio chairs on the balcony also broke, but again it was replaced very quickly. The only negative point which comes to mind is that you have to pay for sun beds around the pool. But that is hardly the owner’s fault.
