Our holiday was spot on. We booked a one bedroom apartment on the ground floor through Karen from Holidays 4U. We always stay on Parque Santiago 3 as it is the best complex in Playa de las Americas, Tenerife. We holidayed as a couple with our young 5 year old daughter. She loves playing on the water slides. When we arrived we had a bit of problem getting the wrist band for her to use the water park. But one call back to Karen in the UK and it was quickly sorted out. It seems very safe, as there is always a life guard watching.  Our apartment had a little garden with a gate at the end.  That was great, so we could relax and sunbathe in a larger space than if you are in one of the apartments with just a balcony and we were happy in the knowledge that our little girl could play safely. The apartment was very clean.  It was a privately owned apartment, so the owners use their own cleaner. The complex is in a great location as it is right on the sea front and just a short walk to the beach. There is  bridge across the pool, which leads straight out to the sea front promenade. We loved to stroll along here in the evening. There is also a great arcade of shops underneath the complex with some fantastic clothes shops. Also the Safari centre is just across the road, which includes my favourite shop, Zara – wasn’t good for my credit card balance though. Will definitely be returning here as soon as my credit card recovers.
