Have booked several times through Karen Durant from Holidays4u. This time we booked a two bedroom privately owned apartment on Sunset Bay in Costa Adeje. It was a nice apartment, decorated in a modern style with air conditioning. The apartment had two bedrooms and two bathrooms, which was great as my husband and I were travelling with my parents-in-law. When we arrived the apartment was clean and the cleaners had left a little welcome pack, which included a bottle of wine (we appreciated that enormously as we were on a late flight). The location of the complex is excellent. The beach is just across the road, only a 2 minute walk.  There is  sea front promenade which stretches for miles in either direction.  Some evenings we took a stroll, checking out a few bars along the way.  There are plenty of restaurants, shops and bars around, within easy walking distance. There are 2 pools on the complex, one of which is heated. That was the one we mostly used, but the pools are only open from 9am to 6pm. There is a car park on the complex, but there is a charge for using it. This could be a bonus if you want to hire a car. We didn’t use the car park as we wanted a relaxing holiday and as everything was within walking distance, we really didn’t need a car. There are few restaurants and bars on the complex which are good value for money.
