This Puerto Rico apartment to rent in Gran Canaria is on a complex with lift access. There is a spectacular sea view from the balcony, as can be seen in the photo to the left. The balcony is furnished with a patio table and chairs, a sofa and a sun parasol. The balcony enjoys sun all day, so very suited to any sun worshipers.

The apartment has internet access, and also has a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is satellite TV in the lounge, as well as radio and a selection of books. So it is very well equipped.

The apartment can sleep up to 3 people, s there is a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the lounge for a 3rd person. There is also a security safe fitted in the bedroom wardrobe.

The kitchen is also very well equipped with an oven, microwave, coffee maker, 2-ring hob, kettle and toaster. There is also a breakfast bar and 2 stools for dining. The bathroom has a bath (no shower), wash hand basin and toilet. There is a large mirror and a hair dryer is also provided.
