We booked a fantastic privately owned apartment on Ocean Park recently, which we found through Karen from Holidays 4U. It was the first time that we had stayed on this complex, but we knew we liked the area.  We would give the complex a big thumbs up now. The pool is big and the apartment was in a good location as it overlooked the pool. We found the apartment to be spotless when we arrived. There was even free wifi in the apartment and satellite TV including English channels. There was also a DVD player with a selection of films including Passengers with Anne Hathaway, which I really enjoyed. We did have one problem with the apartment.  The microwave stopped working. But we just called the local number which had been left in the apartment, and Barry brought us a new one the next day.  What a good service! We were travelling as a family  consisting of  3 adults and 2 children. So we used the double bed in the master bedroom, the 2 single beds in the 2nd bedroom as well as the sofa bed. All of the beds were comfortable, even the sofa bed. The complex is very well located as it is only a 5 minute walk to the beach, restaurants and bars, as well as supermarkets. It was nice to relax on the balcony and watch other guests including our own children swimming in the pool. It is quite a quiet complex which suited us as we wanted to have a relaxing holiday. The only thing that I would recommend to the owner, is that it would have been nice to have a couple of sun loungers on the balcony.  But it didn’t spoil anything for us. We had a fabulous holiday, and would definitely re-book this apartment or another on this complex.
