We had a fabulous stay on Victoria Court 1 this month. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment which we booked through Karen Durant from Holidays 4U. Victoria Court is a fantastic complex.  It is our complex of choice everytime. We travelled as a couple. We love the area and the peacefulness of the complex.  It is always very relaxing and quiet around the pool.  The pool and the gardens are very well maintained, as well as being very clean. The beach was only a 3 minute walk from the complex and restaurants and bars are also very close by.  The supermarket and the local market were also a short walk away. You certainly don’t need a car if staying on this complex. The food on site is also very good and the staff are very friendly. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment which was up a few flights of steps, but this wasn’t a problem for us. We thought the apartment was in a good position as it had a sea view and a sunny balcony. The service for collecting the key was very straightforward. We were on a late flight, but we easily grabbed a taxi at the airport which took us straight to the complex. After finding our apartment (we had to ask the security guard for a bit of help: he was really nice and walked with us to show us the way), the key had been left in a key safe outside the apartment door. The TV had satellite channels which included English as well as some other language channels.

We love this complex. We have been to Victoria Court so many times, I am not even sure how many.  We stayed on Victoria Court I this time and booked with Karen Durant from Holidays 4U. We found her to be very efficient throughout the booking process and nice to deal with. It’s nice to get the personal approach when booking a private apartment as opposed to just pressing a Book It Now Button and filling in your card details. I prefer to be able to ask some questions before finally booking. It is more reassuring. Will definitely use Karen again. We’ve discovered you need to book quite far in advance though as this complex is very popular. The apartment we had this time had a small sea view but the balcony was very sunny, due to the way it was facing. The complex itself is situated in a good location within Los Cristianos and is well maintained with tidy gardens. It is a short walk to the beach and restaurants. You certainly don’t need a car. The apartment had been well equipped by the owner. There was even a hair dryer, which we weren’t expecting as well as a washing machine. The snack bar on the complex was great – we had Full English several times during the stay – yum. . It’s funny when you read some of the reviews on TripAdvisor, as some seem to actually contradict each other quite directly. Some say that the complex is friendly and others describe some of the residents as actually quite unfriendly and rude. I have to say though that our experience was a very pleasant one. All the residents we met, as well as holiday makers and staff were very pleasant and friendly.
