We booked our villa through Karen Durant from Holidays 4U and stayed last August. We had a magnificent villa. Also we thought the booking process was very professional and efficient. Our villa was situated in the Puerto Calero resort quite close to the marina. The marina is lovely with some good quality restaurants and some boutique shops. We had a lovely sea view from the terrace as well as from the upper floor and balcony. We loved to sit out in the evening sipping a cold gin and tonic while watching the sunset. Will definitely return to this resort and would book this villa again, if available, next time we visit Lanzarote.

The villa we booked was like a home from home. It was very comfortable and clean. The outside area was really pretty with little garden touches of green here and there – it must be difficult to keep the garden nice in such a hot climate. The pool was electrically heated which was great as we visited in February and it can be a little cool when the sun goes in. There were plenty of sun loungers around the pool so everyone in our party could sunbathe together. We have stayed in apartments before as a couple where only one sun lounger is provided! Since staying in this villa, I don’t think I want to stay in an apartment complex again – have been spoilt now. It felt more luxurious and spacious to have your own private pool.
