Villa Sunrise is a holiday rental property which consists of two semi-detached villas that are rented as one property. It is recommended for groups that want to holiday together but prefer to have their own space.

Includes two terraces and stunning 180-degree views of the south of Tenerife and out to sea. One of the terraces is positioned in beautiful well-maintained gardens and fitted with artificial grass. Get ready to soak up the sun on either terrace on one of the many sun loungers while enjoying a cocktail or a delicious meal cooked from the BBQ.

The accommodation is situated all on one level, the whole property is furnished to a high standard throughout and boast a fashionable décor. In total you have two living rooms/diners and two kitchens, not only is this convenient, but the whole group has enough space to relax, unwind and enjoy the holiday while being with your loved ones.

You have access to many communal terraces with amazing views surrounded by typical Canarian gardens. The pool terrace includes huge communal swimming pool with many sun loungers available for you to use. Although the pool is communal, in total there are only 9 properties on the development and they are only rented part time so you will most likely have the pool area to yourself.

There is no landline wifi at this property, however due to the new EU roaming rules you can now use your mobile network free of charge in Tenerife, many previous guests have done this and used a hot spot from their phone as wifi to connect to other devices.

This villa is maintained on a regular basis to a high standard and the property manager is very hands on if any problems arise.

LOCATION

Positioned in a secure private development with a gated entrance. The location is set within an oasis of palm trees and tropical plants that run through the development, combined with picturesque views. This is the alternative side of Tenerife, sheer peacefulness and the only noise you hear is an opera of birdsong tumbling through the air. When the morning comes, the sun will once again peep through the clouds and inject life into the enchanted gardens which carry a delightful mix of flowery fragrances, the world is a happy place at this villa rental Tenerife.

The mesmeric beauty only gets better, with endless sea views from your hillside position and views looking down on the rugged landscape across the south of Tenerife. We invite you to relax on one of the sun loungers to experience and admire the scenery, and take a stroll and explore the gardens. Remarkably this development is close to all local amenities. Although car hire is recommended when staying here, you do have a taxi rank, bus stop, 3 large supermarkets (including a Lidl), bars, restaurants and shops that are only 2 km away which is less than a 5-minute car journey. The Siam Park, Aqualand and beaches at Costa Adeje are 5 km from the development.
