Three Bed villa with sea view

Villa Almeria is a three-bedroom three bathroom villa located in the El Madronal area of Costa Adeje in Tenerife. It is a quiet residential area, yet within easy reach of the beach, shops, restaurants and bars. It has a private heated pool and also has air conditioning and wifi.

The pool has underwater floodlights and is surrounded by a sun terrace with 6 sun loungers and also an outside shower. There is also a private garden and a covered dining area.

The balcony has comfortable seating to enjoy the amazing sea views.

The lounge is very spacious with plenty of seating for everyone. There is also a second lounge with dining area. Both living rooms have flat-screen TVs with English and international satellite channels.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a washing machine.

There are three bedrooms with double beds. Two of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and there is a 3rd family bathroom.

Optional extras include the pool heating for 120 euros per week and the air conditioning for 100 euros per week.
