Two Bed cottage

Rushcroft Cottage is a detached, Grade II listed stone cottage, on the edge of a river in Habertonford, which is near Totnes in Devon. It was formerly the washhouse of the miller's wife and enjoys countryside views and is in a peaceful setting. The owners offer a tour of the mill, if guests are interested to see it.

The cottage is laid out on one floor apartment from a mezzanine level where the 2nd bedroom is located. The living room consists of comfortable seating and a dining table and chairs, as well as entertainment including satellite TV, DVD player, video player and a Playstation. The owners have thoughtfully provided a selection of computer games and films. The master bedroom is a double and the mezzanine bedroom is a twin. There is also a bathroom. The small kitchen is equipped with a Rayburn oven and fridge. The owners offer the use of their washing machine and tumble dryer if required. Outside, there is a private furnished patio, with shared use of the 2 acre grounds. Pets are allowed.
