Two Bed cottage

Stone Cross Cottage is a 400 year old thatched property situated in the pretty village of Ilsington in the Dartmoor National Park in Devon. The holiday property is therefore ideal for guests wanting to do lots of walking and it is also very well located as there is a pub and restaurant, only 300 yards away. The cottage is semi-detached and retains many original features but at the same time has all the modern conveniences. The nearest shops is 2 miles from the property and the nearest beach is 12 miles away.

The ground floor consists of a living room with beamed ceiling and a wooden floor, as well as a kitchen and separate toilet. On the 1st floor there is a double bedroom and two bedroom as well as a bathroom with bath/shower. Outside there is an enclosed lawned garden with patio furniture. There is also a cycle store available.

The owners allow pets free of charge, but this is a non smoking property. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate can be provided if required.
