Beautiful, newly furnished, detached villa with private heated pool (charged at £150 per week) and ocean views. The villa is on the popular Acacias development, situated in the pretty village of Praia da Luz. With its own parking for two cars, a private pool, enclosed gardens, ample sunbeds, luxury outdoor furniture and BBQ area this beautifully furnished and well equipped villa has everything you will need for the perfect holiday. There is complimentary Wifi, air conditioning throughout and English TV. On the first floor there is a master bedroom with King bed, TV with English channels, sea & pool views, balcony and ensuite bathroom with bath, shower, vanity sink toilet & bidet. Bedroom two has two single beds with pull out beds underneath, TV with english channels, pool & sea views and balcony. Bedroom three has two single beds with pull out beds underneath, TV with English channels and access to the front garden. The bathroom has a shower, vanity sink & toilet. Stairs lead down to the living area which consists of open plan lounge & dining area with ample sofa seating, wood burning fire, 6 seater dining table, large flat screen TV with English channels and large glass doors leading to the patio & pool area. The fully equipped kitchen leads out to the outdoor dining table BBQ & pool area. There is a den situated off the kitchen that houses the washing machine and has a sofa. The downstairs cloak room has a toilet & vanity sink. The family beach is just a short walk away and there are ample bars, restaurants and supermarkets servicing the quaint village.
Villa Grace is a lovely three bedroom villa which can sleep up to 6 people. It is well situated being only a few minutes walk from the near beach, restaurants, bars and shops in the Praia da Luz resort in West Algarve. There are also tennis courts which guests can use for a small fee and a golf course is close by as well.
The villa is laid out over two levels and has brilliant sea views. The villa also has air conditioning and its own private pool.
There is one double room, two twin rooms and the fourth bedroom has bunk beds. The owner has also provided satellite TV with English channels and a DVD player in each of the bedrooms and the lounge. Wifi internet access is also available for guests to use.

Changeover Day

Changeover can be on any day, we will try to accommodate according to individual flights. The Villa will be available from 2pm on day of arrival and on departure day is available until 11am. Extended hours by arrangement.
